His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of the country, sent a written message to His Excellency Tharman Shanmugaratnam, President of the Republic of Singapore, related to bilateral relations and ways to support and develop them. The message was delivered by His Excellency Mr. Abdul Aziz bin Ahmed Al Malki, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Singapore, during his meeting with His Excellency Mr. Jeevan Singh, Director of the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Singapore.
