In order to successfully implement the tasks set before the country's oil and gas industry and effectively own the licensed complexes located in the Turkmen part of the Caspian Sea based on the Law of Turkmenistan "On Hydrocarbon Resources", the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution. According to the document, "Petronas Charigali (Turkmenistan) Sdn. Bhd." the company and the concern's state enterprise "Hazarnebit" were authorized to conclude an agreement on the acquisition of licensed complexes located in the Turkmen part of the Caspian Sea.
