As a pilot project, the heating supply system of the Qirguli residential area in Fergana is planned for modernization. A total of 76 kilometers of heating networks will be reconstructed, and 380 individual heating substations will be installed in apartment buildings and social facilities.

The main goal is to ensure an uninterrupted supply of heating and hot water, significantly reduce heat energy losses, and introduce environmentally safe and energy-efficient technologies.
