Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi Meets the Iranian Ambassador to Iraq ……… Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi met today, Tuesday, with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Iraq, Mr. Mohammad Kazem Al Sadeq, who conveyed the greetings of Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and reaffirmed his country’s commitment to strengthening bilateral relations and enhancing coordination on matters of mutual interest. The meeting reviewed prospects for cooperation and partnership between the two countries and explored ways to further advance them across various sectors, in a manner that serves the shared interests of both nations. The meeting also addressed the latest developments in the region, during which Prime Minister Al-Zaidi welcomed the ceasefire agreement and expressed Iraq’s support for ongoing efforts aimed at consolidating security and stability and preventing the continuation of the conflict and threats to regional and international peace.
