DECREE No. 2011/412 of 9 December 2011 on the reorganization of the Presidency of the Republic.

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of December 9, 2011 to organize the Government,

ARTICLE 1st.-The Presidency of the Republic includes:

- Great Chancellor of the National Orders;

- The Ministry of Defence, under the authority of a Minister Delegate;

- Services in charge of Higher State Control, under the authority of a Minister Delegate;

- Services in charge of Relations with the Assemblies, under the authority of a Minister Delegate;

- The Department of Procurement, under the authority of a Minister Delegate;

- The Ministers in charge of Mission;

- Ministers without portfolio, if applicable;

- The General Delegation for National Security;

- The General Directorate for External Research;

- General Household Services of the Unity Palace, the Presidential Residences and Pavilions;

- the Head of State’s Special Command;

- Direction of the Presidential Security;

- The National Security Council;

- The National Anti Corruption Commission;

- National Boundary Commission;

- The Monitoring Committee for Major Projects.
