Policías cubiertos con póliza del INS para defensa legal

The Minister of Public Security, Mario Zamora Cordero, highlighted the government's commitment to safeguard and protect police men and women, who every day face face to face, both common crime and criminal groups that are engaged in a war for territories for the sale of drugs.

The civil liability insurance of the National Insurance Institute covers damages against third parties that arise in the exercise of the functions carried out by the police and, very importantly, they will no longer have to use their own money to deal with these eventualities.
It includes the payment of the legal defense and related to the expenses incurred by the police, for lawsuits against them, the officers will be certain that they will be able to carry out the tasks of defense and care of the citizens, guaranteeing that, in the event of any inconvenience in the performance of their work, they will be able to resort to this INS policy.
Each entity will assign a person in charge who will fill out the form with which they begin the process. And the INS enabled an exclusive service channel for the ministries, which seeks to make the entire process more agile. With this insurance, officers will be certain that they will be able to carry out the tasks of defense and care for citizens, guaranteeing that, in the event of any inconvenience in the performance of their work, they will be able to resort to this INS policy.

El seguro de responsabilidad civil del Instituto Nacional de Seguros, cubre los daños y perjuicios contra terceros, que surjan en el ejercicio de las funciones que realicen los policías y muy importante, ya no tendrán que utilizar de su propio dinero para hacer frente a estas eventualidades. Incluye el pago de la defensa legal y lo relativo a los gastos en que incurra el policía, por demandas en su contra, los oficiales tendrán la certeza de que podrán realizar las labores de defensa y cuidado de la ciudadanía, garantizando que, ante algún inconveniente en el cumplimiento de su labor, podrán recurrir a esta póliza del INS. Cada entidad asignará a un encargado que llenará el formulario con el que inician el trámite. Y el INS habilitó un canal exclusivo de atención para los ministerios, que busca dar mayor agilidad a todo el proceso Con este seguro los oficiales tendrán la certeza de que podrán realizar las labores de defensa y cuidado de la ciudadanía, garantizando que, ante algún inconveniente en el cumplimiento de su labor, podrán recurrir a esta póliza del INS.
