MOPT/CONAVI podrán ejecutar pasos desnivel que formaban parte de las OBIS en ruta San José- San Ramón
The Ministry of Public Works and Transportation (MOPT) and the National Road Council (CONAVI) have the green light to continue with the processes that will allow the construction of several interchanges on National Route 1 and that were part of the San José-San Ramón Trust.
These are exchanges in El Coyol de Alajuela, Naranjo, San Ramón and Grecia, which seek to improve connectivity between San José and the West, increasing the level of service for these communities.
The execution of these projects will be possible after the Comptroller General of the Republic (CGR) annuls the provisions issued in November 2022, upon verifying the progress that the Ministry has made in the pre-investment stage of said works.
With this, the Government of the Republic commits to its Western neighbors to carry out the bidding processes and begin construction in the first half of 2025.

El Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transportes (MOPT) y el Consejo Nacional de Vialidad (CONAVI), tienen luz verde para seguir adelante con los procesos que permitirán la construcción de varios intercambios en la Ruta Nacional 1 y que formaban parte del Fideicomiso San José- San Ramón. Se trata de intercambios en El Coyol de Alajuela, Naranjo, San Ramón y Grecia, con los que se busca mejorar la conectividad entre San José y Occidente, aumentando el nivel de servicio para estas comunidades. La ejecución de estos proyectos será posible luego que la Contraloría General de la República (CGR), dejara sin efecto las disposiciones emitidas en noviembre del año 2022, al comprobar los avances que ha realizado el Ministerio en la etapa de preinversión de dichas obras. Con esto el Gobierno de la República se compromete con los vecinos de Occidente de llevar adelante los procesos de licitación e iniciar la construcción en el primer semestre del 2025.
