Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi Meets Delegation from Al-Kadhimiya Holy Shrine ………. Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi met today, Thursday, with a delegation from Al-Kadhimiya Holy Shrine, headed by its Secretary-General, Mr. Haider Abdul-Amir Mahdi. During the meeting, the Prime Minister was briefed on the Holy Shrine’s plans and ongoing efforts to implement service and infrastructure projects aimed at facilitating the movement of pilgrims, particularly during multimillion-pilgrim events. Prime Minister Al-Zaidi affirmed the government’s commitment to supporting the holy shrines in order to ensure the provision of the highest level of services to pilgrims from Iraq and abroad, accommodate the growing numbers of visitors, and contribute to strengthening and revitalizing religious tourism across the country.
