On behalf of the people and government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mishustin, as well as to all the people of the country on the occasion of Russia Day. "Today, our countries are successfully cooperating in a wide range of areas," the Turkmen leader said in his letter, and expressed his firm belief that the strategic nature of Turkmen-Russian relations will be further developed dynamically for the benefit of the peoples of both countries as a result of joint efforts. He sincerely wished President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin good health, happiness, prosperity and development to the friendly people of the Russian Federation.
