In accordance with Articles 25, 56, 60, 81 and 102 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On Judiciary", I decide: Mekan Ilmyradovich Hummedovy should be appointed as a judge of Berkararlyk District Court of Ashgabat and be given the fifth professional rank of a judge; Mehriban Allashukurovna Bagyeva should be appointed as a family affairs judge of Kopetdag District Court of Ashgabat; Ayjahan Yagmyrovna Imamberdiyeva should be appointed as a judge of the Ahal province court, she should be included in the Presidium of that court and she should be dismissed from the position of the judge of the Ak Bugda district court of Ahal province; Muhammetmyrat Aliyev should be appointed as a judge of the Ak Bugda district court of Ahal province and he should be given the fifth professional qualification of a judge; Shatlyk Babajanovich Koziyev should be appointed as a judge of the Etrek district court of Balkan province and be given the fifth professional degree of a judge; should be given the fifth professional degree of a judge; Sohbet Hojamyrado should be appointed as a judge of the Mary city court of Mary province and given the fifth professional degree of a judge; Jeyhun Elyas son Annaguliye should be appointed as a judge of the Tagtabazar district court of Mary province and should be given the fifth professional degree of a judge; Leyla Myradovna Kemalova should be dismissed from the post of judge of the Berkararlyk district court of Ashgabat city due to the completion of her term of office. Bayramsahedovna Begjanova should be dismissed from the position of the judge of the Ahal province court due to the completion of the term of office; Meilis Maksatgeldievich Ovezov should be dismissed from the position of the judge of the Balkanabat city court of the Balkan province due to the completion of the term of office; Ovez Agageldievich Esenov should be dismissed from the position of the judge of the Mary city court of the Mary province due to the completion of the term of office. Shatlyk Babajanovich Koziyev should be appointed as a judge of the Etrek District Court of the Balkan Velayat and given the fifth professional qualification of a judge;
Appointing Maysa Djumadurdyevna Metgeldiyevna as the family affairs judge of the Turkmenabat City Court of Lebap Velayat and dismissing her from the position of the judge of the Turkmenabat City Court of Lebap Velayat;
Orazmuhammet Gochmammedovych Saparmammedovy should be appointed as a judge of the Halach Etrap Court of Lebap province and be given the fifth professional qualification of a judge;
Khabat Hojamyradov should be appointed as the judge of the city court of Mary, and he should be given the fifth professional qualification of a judge;
Jeyhun Elyas' son Annagulyev should be appointed as a judge of Tagtabazar district court of Mary province and given the fifth professional qualification of a judge;
Leyla Myradovna Kemalova should be dismissed from her position as a judge of the Verkararlyk district court of Ashgabat city due to the completion of her term of office;
The beautiful Bayramsahedovna Begjanova should be dismissed from her position as the judge of the Ahal Velayat Court because her term of office has expired;
Meilis Maksatgeldievich Ovezov should be dismissed from his position as the judge of Balkanabat City Court of Balkan Velayat due to the completion of his term of office;
Ovez Agageldievich Esenov should be dismissed from the position of the judge of the Mary city court of Mary province due to the completion of his term of office.
