According to the decision of the Presidium of the Supreme Attestation Committee of Turkmenistan, based on the President's policy of forming a new generation of highly trained specialists and scientists in the priority areas of science during the Revival of the new era of the stable state, and bringing the country's science and education system into the ranks of developed countries, based on the conclusions of the Council of Scientists, the conclusions of the Supreme Attestation Committee of Turkmenistan on the awarding of the title of professor to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Gurbangulyevich Berdimuhamedov in the world councils on humanitarian and economic, legal and sociological sciences, a great contribution to modern science. In consideration of the great works completed by the nation and the entire mankind for the advancement of scientific-industrial, innovative-industrial, social-economic, scientific-technical reforms, peace-loving domestic and foreign policy, and further expansion of international cooperation, the President of Turkmenistan, Doctor of Political Sciences, Serdar Gurbangulyevich Berdimuhamedov, was awarded the title of Professor of Economic and Political Sciences.
