40 empresas ofrecerán más de 1.000 vacantes en la primera feria de empleo de PROCOMER fuera de la GAM

Next Saturday, November 2, 40 companies from various sectors will offer more than 1,000 job opportunities at the first Talent Costa Rica job fair outside the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM), organized by the Promoter of Foreign Trade (PROCOMER). On this occasion, it will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. m. to 4:00 p.m. m. at the TEC Santa Clara, in San Carlos. Ten institutions representing academia will also participate during the fair, among other strategic allies such as: the Ministry of Public Education (MEP), the National Learning Institute (INA) and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (MTSS). "We want to bring opportunities and promote labor relations in all regions of Costa Rica. For this reason, we chose the Huetar Norte Region for the first time with the aim of opening opportunities for people who reside in this area, characterized by its productive system, its exports and its potential for attracting foreign investment from various sectors. From PROCOMER we will continue working in this line so that more people have access to more and better jobs in the different communities of our country," said Laura López, General Manager of PROCOMER. As in the edition held on May 28, 2024, this fair will be free and open to the public, and will have vacancies for operator, technical and specialized positions in different areas. In addition, it will offer opportunities for both bilingual people and those who only speak one language. Durante la feria también participarán diez instituciones representantes de academia, entre otros aliados estratégicos como: el Ministerio de Educación Pública (MEP), el Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje (INA) y el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social (MTSS). “Queremos llevar oportunidades y fomentar la vinculación laboral de todas las regiones de Costa Rica. Por esta razón, elegimos por primera vez a la Región Huetar Norte con el objetivo de abrir oportunidades para las personas que residen en esta zona, caracterizada por su sistema productivo, sus exportaciones y su potencial para la atracción de inversión extranjera de diversos sectores. A través de ella, los usuarios tendrán acceso a las posiciones disponibles, mientras que las empresas podrán revisar, preseleccionar y/o descartar a los candidatos según sus necesidades de contratación.
