At this moment, I have just come from the Military School to graduate 1,000 new elements that will become part of the Territorial Control Plan. There also, a few moments ago, we graduated 86 cadets who become second lieutenants, become officers, and who will also enter the Territorial Control Plan.

En este momento, justo vengo de la Escuela Militar de graduar a 1,000 nuevos elementos que vendrán a formar parte del Plan Control Territorial. Ahí también, hace unos momentos, graduamos a 86 cadetes que pasan a ser subtenientes, pasan a ser oficiales, y que también ingresarán al Plan Control Territorial.
