Acceder a la información pública del Despacho Presidencial
You can access information from State institutions according to the principle of transparency, the Single Ordered Text of Law No. 27806, Law of Transparency and Access to Public Information, and the Regulations of Law No. 27806, Law of Transparency and Access to Public Information.
Public entities have up to 10 business days to respond to you. If they cannot assist you within that time due to exceptional cases (such as information that is difficult to obtain), they have 2 business days, counting from the day you submitted your request, to explain why they cannot assist you within the deadline and give you the date on which you can come to collect the information.
The charges for the procedure in the case of delivery of physical information are regulated by Supreme Decree No. 164-2020.

Make your request virtually by entering it in the online service enabled by the Presidential Office. Once you do so, you will immediately receive a message to the email address you indicated, with information so you can track your order.
Request public information from the Presidential Office
1.- Download the form and fill it out
Download and print the public information access format. Complete the information in a simple and clear way.
You can request the information by going to the information desk of the Presidential Office (located at Jirón de la Unión 264 - Centro de Lima) or by calling the Telephone Central (01) 630-5600, annex 5998.
The Presidential Office has 10 business days to respond to you from the day after you submitted your request. If they cannot assist you within that time due to information being difficult to obtain or another duly substantiated reason, they have 2 business days to tell you when you can come pick it up and explain the reasons why they cannot assist you within the deadline.
Depending on the format in which you want to receive the information, when you go to pick it up you will have to pay an amount:
• Copy simple format A4:S/ 0.10
• Information on CD or DVD: S/ 1.00
• Information by email: free.

Puedes solicitar la información acercándote a la mesa de partes del Despacho Presidencial (ubicado enJirón de la Unión 264 - Centro de Lima) o llamando a la Central Telefónica (01) 630-5600,anexo 5998. El Despacho Presidencial tiene10 días hábilespara responderte desde el día siguiente en que presentaste tu solicitud. Si no pudiera atenderte en ese tiempo por ser información difícil de conseguir u otro motivo debidamente fundamentando, tiene 2días hábilespara decirte cuándo puedes acercarte a recogerla y explicarte los motivos por los que no puede atenderte dentro del plazo. Dependiendo del formato en el que desees recibir la información, al momento de ir a recogerlo deberás pagar un monto: • Copia formato simple A4:S/ 0.10 • Información en CD o DVD:S/ 1.00 • Información por correo electrónico: gratis.
