E3 countries will help us with anti-ballistics. By the way, I hope that we will be able to develop a European anti-ballistic system together with Great Britain. We are working on it. We need it, and the UK needs it. Second: sanctions. Yesterday at the E3 meeting, everyone agreed that we need to tighten sanctions against Russia. Third: we need to transfer the Ukrainian army to the contract system. Being a soldier is dangerous, and we have to provide them with decent salaries, because they give their lives. For this we need additional funding. Now that's not even close to what Russia pays its mercenaries. I really hope that our friends will help. From an interview with The Guardian (3/3).

Країни E3 допоможуть нам з антибалістикою. До речі, сподіваюся, що нам вдасться розробити європейську антибалістичну систему разом із Великою Британією. Ми над цим працюємо. Це потрібно нам, і це потрібно Великій Британії. Друге: санкції. Учора на зустрічі E3 всі погодилися, що нам треба посилити санкції проти Росії.
