The ideal solution in peace negotiations is to urgently end the war. At least the first step to take is an unconditional complete ceasefire. This is important. Ceasefire is also a complex process. Yes, it is about political will and decision, but at the same time, today there are kill zones of 20, 30, 40 kilometers. If there are no guarantors and monitoring of the ceasefire, Russia can take advantage of this and advance 20 kilometers in some parts of Ukraine. This is a big risk. That is why we say: no conditions for a ceasefire. In order for there to be a ceasefire, it is better to have a meeting at the level of leaders: Ukraine, Russia, Europe and the United States of America. Ukraine has the will for all this. Let's see if there is such a will in Russia. So far they have not demonstrated it.
